SAM Advanced Training – Applying the manager's perspective

Through attending this training you will get to know the models and best practices for processes, roles and system support in Software Asset and License Management.

An effective and efficient Software Asset Management (SAM) is designed on three key levels:  The management level sets objectives and the overall framework, the operational level defines roles and processes, the support level provides automation and organizes competence building.  Aligning these three levels and handling the multi-layer dependencies of SAM will challenge the organization with a variety of new tasks.
